1. Acceptance
By registering an account, submitting a form, or accessing the RADBOR client portal at crm.radbor.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this system.
2. Access and Accounts
Access to the client portal is granted exclusively to authorized representatives of businesses engaged in or considering a working relationship with RADBOR. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Any unauthorized use must be reported to hello@radbor.com immediately.
3. Lead and Estimate Request Forms
By submitting a contact, lead, or estimate request form, you consent to RADBOR processing the information provided for the purpose of evaluating your inquiry and preparing a response or proposal. Submission of a form does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service.
4. Tickets and Support Requests
Support tickets submitted through this system are used solely for the purpose of managing ongoing work and communication between you and RADBOR. Response times are governed by the terms of your individual agreement with RADBOR.
5. Scope of Services
Services provided through this platform are governed by separate written agreements — monthly activity plans and acceptance acts — signed by both parties. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the platform itself and do not replace or modify any individual service agreement.
6. Confidentiality
All materials, strategies, reports, and communications shared within this system are confidential. You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any content from this platform without prior written consent from RADBOR.
7. Intellectual Property
All strategic materials, methodologies, frameworks, and documents produced by RADBOR remain the intellectual property of RADBOR until full payment for the relevant period has been received and confirmed. Upon completion of the engagement, ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the service contract.
8. Limitation of Liability
RADBOR provides this platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any technical interruptions, data loss due to third-party infrastructure failures, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this system.
9. Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We collect only the data necessary to manage our working relationship and operate this platform. You may exercise your data rights at any time by contacting hello@radbor.com.
10. Changes to These Terms
RADBOR reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
